My signals quit working acouple days ago and Im no sure if its the switch or something else, there is no left or right signal at all but the caution flashers still work. is this just the swtch? all fuses are good.

there "should" be 2 flashers, one for the hazards and one for the blinkers. look for 2 round shiney things. swap them and see if the blinkers work and the hazzards don't. i know that happened on my 96 not sure if they are the same as the 99's....

Goin off a horrible memory here and it's to damn cold to go out and look. Isn't there a metalic relay on the dash fuse panel.

It should be under the dash on the drivers side.

On my 99 I did have to replace the switch a few years back but I don't even remember what it was doing that made me change it. It was an easy in expensive swap. Not that I'm sayin this is your problem, but if it comes to that.
