my buddy has a 04 2500 ex cab short bed 4x4 with the hemi in it and its got the death wobble bad. used to start at 70 now its 55. the owner before him complained to the dealership enough that the truck got sent to the factory and got a whole new front end suspention and componets put in it and it still does it. they told him that the dodge frames are so stiff that there isnt enough flex to absorb any shock or anything... thats about all i know about the death wobble, just dreading the day mine starts doing it...

all of those things will cause it mine did it with trac bar and drag links were about to snap
getting longer and lower control arms wont matter i had a leveling kit on mine and my axle was centered after just putting factory replacements on

^^There is no way it was centered if you went from stock height to over stock height. The control arms are meant to be at stock height not 2"+ over. Yes it does make a difference.
But whatever is clever. Ive never had death wobble on mine and I have the OEM track bar with a rancho leveling kit with longer control arms. Been on for close to 5 years now with 170K.
