Good lord! I'm trying to get up there slowly what turbo and injectors do you have????? I'm trying to find a real good one

 

Ive got an Holset Hx40 turbo and DAP 200 hp injectors.

 

Geeze how much was the turbo?? And how does it run??

 

turbo came with the truck, but it ruins amazing except for the stock tranny slipping alot.

 

Someone recommended me the 63/68 turbo for what I wanna do

 

what do you wanna do to your truck?

 

I want to drive it everyday I don't tow anything but maybe a fourwheeler trailer and when I'm driving and say for instance a corvette starts playing around I wanna be able to stomp that ars or give it a run for it's money you know??

 

Personally, I was looking for a 2000 - 2001 24v but needed a bigger back seat. That put me into a 3rd Gen. Out of the 3rd Gens, I knew I wanted a '04.5 - early '07 for the 5.9l. I ended up searching for an '04.5 - '05 because I like the interior and headlights better. If I was to do it again, I would probably search for an '05 with the G56 trans. I think that is more because of how much $$ I've spent on my auto! Needless to say, now that I've spent the cash, I love my truck!

 

yeah i know what you mean, who knows if you can swap a 12 valve tranny into a 24 valve?
