02' 3.7 v6 gasser. was geting about 12-14 city, 18 straight highway.
got an additive from a man out in houston called "formula v12 lube" and im getting 22 city now. never belived what the gentleman was saying when trying to sell it, but tested and proven works miracles. trucks never ran smoother, and eliminated all friction in the engine. cant wait to do some long trips to test out my highway mpg.

Pulling a 34ft gooseneck somewhere between 12 and 15k I get 9-11. Want to put mods on but no bucks. Have heard a bedcover can help when not towing so hope to get one and maybe an Icebox intake.

When I bought my 2006 3500 4x4 I had nothing done to it and I was only getting 15 in city and 18 highway..... Put intake, exhaust, and a superchip with the fuel mileage setting and get 24 highway and 18-19 in city! I recommend at least putting those on! Not to expensive for how muxh you save! I drove to Springfield Missouri with a trailer and drive around 80 mph most the way and still got around 23 highway!
