Default finally!

I finally got my diesel truck, after a couple of deals that fell through. I picked up a '96 2500 w/ 12v and a 5-speed manual. Truck is all stock & very clean. I plan on doing a down-pipe & exhaust soon, along with a better air intake. Where do I go from there? What size is the stock holset turbo & when is a good idea to upgrade? The trans is my next concern, how do the 5-speeds hold up & any upgrades for it?

Just search KDP on this site and you'll learn all about it, I did mine a couple months back it's fairly easy just plan on the better part of a day to get it done.

Not the whole motor, just the frount of it,fan, fan shroud, cover, ect. The pin doesn't break. It falls out of it's alignment hole. And can fall harmlessly into oil pan,or fall out and get into the cam gear, fuel pump gear, ect.and cost a bundle to fix, or ruin the motor.

I noticed I have to push the clutch in a little further when I shift into 3rd to keep it from grinding. What needs to be done?
