Default Rear Window Removal?

Does anyone know an easy way to remove the rear window out of a 94-01 Dodge ram? They are glued in and I need to know the easiest way to remove them. I found a ton in the local junkyard just need an easy way to get them out.

Well they also have metal clips if I remeber right when taking mine out. Glass company wants $600 for a new one. I can get one at the salvage yard to $50 and have installed for $50

I've never done one on this truck, but on others I have done you just pry out a piece of the rubber seal and then start pullin your way around the window. Once you get it started it's pretty easy from there. Some use a solid 1 peice rubber seal and some use one with two ends that meet up. If it has the two ends just start at one of the ends. It's just like a rubber grommet that holds the window in place with outward pressure.
