Default Front and Rear Brake Job
Any special tools needed to do the job, like a caliper compressor??

you can use a c clamp and the used brake pad

mke sure you dont push the old fluid bac into the resivor, ude the bleeder screw.......change the fluid too whilst yer there

I have 155k on mine and the brake pads are still 75%.........exhaust brake

I'm on 106,000ish on mine, and the rears are making noise. Might as well do em all, and I won't have to resurface/replace any rotors.

oops mine was over flowing when i used a c-clamp. how bad is that for the breaks? truck seems to stop quick

Heres a tip - speed bleeders are worth every penny.

When I did mine a couple months ago, I use a piece of hose. Stuck one end on the bleeder, and the other into a jar of fluid. Made sure the hose was clamped around the bleeder.

Could effect your ABS sensor. Good idea to push the fluid out through the bleeders.
