Switches On Manual Tranny Shifter
what did you guys use to mount switches to the gear shifter of your manual tranny, been looking and cant find anything that looks like it would work and look good.

I run an Eaton/Fuller shift **** that you find on the big rigs..........it has 2 vacuum operated switches in it, I use one for the eha
haust brake and one for my 2 wheel low range

Bob sells a complete kit for the E/F **** and the 2 wheel lo............very nice and well put together kit

thanks Whit, but i was looking for something to hold the switches for my fog and emergancy lights that would put them at my finger tips, instead of on the dash.
I saw a pic of someones truck that had moved there switches but i cant remember who it was.

how would i go about contacting him directly, i like the looks of having all that stuff on the E/F ****, so he sells a 2wd low kit that works with the E/F shifter, how did you make the exhaust brake work

My buddy found the aluminum box somewhere, I'll have to ask him, and the wires run through a piece of 1/2" gas pipe I replaced the factory shifter with. You could use the factory **** over again if you so wished.
Top switch does MAP disconnect duty, its a single throw
Middle controls backup lights, double throw
Bottom controls high idle solenoid, single throw
