Bad news, I just confirmed that the 2010 2500 and 3500 will NOT use the complete SCR with ADBLUE (urea injection). This means that same crappy economy that the other 6.7L trucks have.

Not something I would buy.

I wish you luck dealing with the enviro crap.

Cheers.

Yeah, pricey - $55,000 + up here. Add taxes and it gets out of hand really fast.

The laramie I ordered stickered at 52. Looking at Ford's and GMC's lately, they are all about the same price. Now, we all know you don't have to pay that much and can usually get 10-15 off of sticker with very little negotiation. Then again, I hear of guys around here that paid 4,000 more than I did for my loaded up Laramie (my 08), when they got an SXT

Just take the stuff off and enjoy the best mileage of all the cummins generations. I am amazed with how my 6.7 is doing since freeing it up. I'm more worried about when they do implement urea, that it will throw the programmers another curve ball that takes forever to work around. As such, I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that 2010's would have the same setup as the 07.5- current. Sort of the "Devil we know" in my book.
