Good grief, I love the dodges but I think I'd much rather have a '97 F350 than a 2nd gen 24v!!

R-tards billowing smoke isn't just in one brand of truck. Around here, the dumb kids driving like idiots are mostly in the jacked up fords, 6.0h-no's, no less(see also: flatbiller.com). Most of the guys driving modded dodges around here seem to know where and when to mess around.

Well guys, to be honest I've never been smoked out by anyone...somehow I manage to be the only diesel truck at the lights 90% of the time. I'd actually appreciate a little friendly competition once while in my truck....maybe it's because mine looks too stock? I haven't seen many people drive really terribly lately. I get cut off a lot if I'm not on the throttle enough and let gaps open up, but for the most part I'm the *******. It's better that way. I can't stand people who drive slowly, talk on their phone, and don't pay attention. Everyone knows where I am, and if you're in the far left lane, go. I don't drive obnoxiously, I drive defensively and slightly aggressively.

As far as tools in trucks go...there's a few around here I've seen, but certainly not many.

i had a guy in a new dirty max come flyin up on my *** cause i have a stack on my truck then passed me and slammed on the brakes, then stood on it. well needless to say i was the ******* that time cause he pissed me off somethin fierce he got back wat he gave out. a person can only take so much.....its pretty much equal around my area the guys are all pretty cool cept for the occasional ones. like miyagi said bout the guy in a cummins when he was in his powerstroke. from what uns said bout cummins guys thats how i see the d-max guys around here they think they are the coolest thing since sliced bread like hey look at me i have an dirty max

Very true

People got to use thier noggin sometimes. There is a Time and Place for a little bit of smoke. Common since works wonders...but people got to have it to begin with. I love having fun with the fellas..even my wife ( drives a 00 F-250 PSD W/TS-6 pos.). God gave everybody a brain, and some people need to use it. Just my .02. Everybody have a Good Thanksgiving!

I didnt say it was illegal where you live.

It just so happens that in the Province of Alberta the old style trailer mirrors had to be folded in when you wernt towing a trailer. Not doing so was illegal. So I would think the flip up mirrors would be the same.

around here anybody with a slightly altered diesel is an asshat. i'll even admit ive blown the little amount that mine will blow on occasions but that quit at the beach when i got a $260 ticket for covering a bicycle cop up in smoke but i was just playing around with the sick trans am behind me. i wasn't trying to show the little amount of power my truck makes like all these kids around here do!

i know my limits and trust me they aint very fast! the only thing i kinda feel bad about is i bet everybody behind me at night gets pretty pissed because my truck blows a lot of smoke in the dark it doesn't matter how much fuel you put to it
