please help temp sending unit destroyed
ok, i just replace the head gasket and forgot to unplug the temp sending unit. i destroyed the sending unit and the plug. i got a new unit but nobody sells the plug. im going on a long trip in a week and dont want to ruin my new head gasket.... HELP!

You talking about the water temp sender? only thing I can think of is to find another truck in a wrecking yard and cut the plug off and replace the old plug.
Other than that, install an Autometer water temp gauge.
