I replied to your other post as well.. you're not the only one I've heard about who has been given the run around by them. Hopefully you'll get your money back without too much hassle.

 

Ya suprisingly my bank refunded my money on the spot since I claimed fraud against Laguna Speed, its called a Regulation E claim, for fradulent transaction, I had my money in 2 days, then had to fill out a form and return it with in 10 days, so just an FYI for you guys incase you ever end up in my spot, and that was through US Bank.

So I am happy and on the road with my stacks and smarty!!
