Default throttle postion sensor

Im havin trouble with my tps. at idle it is only reading 0.2 volt and at wot it is 0.7. At idle it shouls read 1 volt and at wot it should be 3.5 volts. What would cause it to read so low. when i took it off to test it, it work just fine but on my pickup it does read correctly. Please help.

Can try to adjust it back to specs, but considering the age, it will only jump out of specs again. Only solution is replacement.
