Default HELP!! NEW South Bend clutch not working!!

last night i finished putting my truck back together after upgrading to a South Bend 3250 Double disc, brand new. got it back together, drove it around the block, ran great, pulled into the garage to double check that everything was tight and that nothing was leaking and now the damn thing wont go back into gear, it feels and sounds the like the clutch wont engage, i push the pedal and it has the same pressure it did while driving around the block but its like nothing is happening. any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Did you upgrade the hydro system and where is the pedal releasing at?

no, peter @ southbend told me it would not need the upgrade and that it would be fine without it.

I'm not real sure what's up?? I got a Valair DD with about the same plate load and they sent a upgraded hydro, said that it was recommended?
Does grind when you try and put it in gear?

found out that the shift fork that came in the kit was too thick and it was catching, ground it down a little with a bench grinder, works fine, driven it about 600 miles so far
