I guess I'm not sure what you guys are getting at with the "CREW CAB" thing, but I saw one in Fargo today with the wraps and crap on it. I followed it into Flying J, and it was a 2500 Cummins. It had a cab exactly like in the dually pictured at the start of this thread. The cab was not quite as long as the mega, but it was bigger than my quadcab and it had an 8' bed. There was a lot more room inside than the quad. Sorry I couldn't get pics, as I didn't have the camera with me, but that thing is sweet.

Why oh why did they use the styling cues from the 1/2 ton ram? I can't stand the slope forward look of the headlights
I think the last generation and prior look much better.
That Hemi is making some mean power now though. Impressive numbers.

In hindsight though, I honestly think all of the Big Three have suffered in aesthetics with their new trucks...GM, Ford's headlights on the 08+, and the new Dodges...

The crew cab will be getting the 8 foot box... That article was alright, but Allpar.com has a better one.
I like it, but it'll look much better with a set of wheels and tires on it. I don't understand how all the truck makers have these huge trucks, on tiny wheels and tires (by comparison to the size of the body).

And the Mega Cab will be staying for the 2010's, along with a crew cab, and a regular cab. The Mega still won't get an 8ft box, but that would just be absurdly long. The crew cab is however MUCH bigger than the previous quad cab.
The 1500 has the same crew cab, but they will not be getting the Mega Cab like the HD's will.

Not sure I like the look. I am very partial to a lot of change however. I even had to wait a while to like the change in another one of my favorite cars/vehicles of all time (a dodge), the Viper. So, saying that hopefully some of the better changes come in terms of inside the truck/under the hood. Sorry I just skimmed the long story, now ill have to go back and read most of it. Just not interested in reading on the hemi. .. If its not a diesel train, i tend to dis it a lot quicker. haha

ok reading this above
I couldnt agree more. One thing more than any other that can change the look of a truck is the wheels and tires
