anybody got an exploded view of the NV4500, by exploded, i mean view of all the parts, not one thats literally exploded!

nothing yet, just wanting an exploded view, i got the trans coolers from genos for xmas and im placing the order for the new clutch next wk and figured that i may as well check it out while ive got it out

mainly i want to check the status of the 5th gear nut and wanna see if i can check it with out fully dismantling the trans

yes all wou have to do is pull the t-case and tail adapter off the tranny which is 8-10 12pt bolts then it exposes 5th gear

thats what i thought, i just wasnt sure, ive got to take the transfer case out to replace the seal on the front output shaft anyway, its got a very slight leak, maybe leak a tablespoon a month but thats enough for me to replace it while im in there.

yep you got to pull the tranny to replace the clutch anyway so never hurts, very easy to do, time consuming though
