Turbo flange sizes?
Alright, I've searched and searched. Where do I find the specs and differences between the turbo flanges (T3, T4 ect). I have an idea, I drive for a living so I have lots of time to think
, but I need mesurements. Like the stock size on the 24V's is it a T3 or what. How about the flange on a stock VG turbo on an ISX???? I know how turbos work and I have rebuilt them just don't know the diff in the flange.

T3 is a stock dodge along with alot of your S300 variants (all the name brand 66, 64 and 62 turbos), some S400 variants, S465, some HX40's, and i believe some HX50's.........T4 flange is often referred to as a "BIGFOOT", ATS and a few other companies sell a different center sections for their intake manifolds so you can run the T4 flange, some S300's have them i believe, S400's definately, HX50's and HX52's along with a huge list of them.......
HUH ok. My idea is to find a VG turbo off a wrecked big truck with an ISX and bolt on my02. They only have a 4in down pipe. The trick is making the actuator work. Some are electric and some are air operated.
be carefull no free lunch, we are doing same type deal and finding big truck turbo's have a small compressor side wheel and make great boost at very low RPM's... Making for great power at slow speeds with low fuel... Makes for very hot temps with performance applications... In other words, it sucks
