BD's nv4500 short shift kit question

BD Short Shift Kit 98-2002 Dodge NV4500 5 Speed Diesel Hemi Trucks

this kit says for 98-2002 but y wouldnt it fit my 94? its the same transmission.

The shift towers are different along with bolt pattern! You can actually do the swap and look for a tower from a wrecked 45 out of a 98.5 to 02 and then use the short throw from BD!

Not too sure if it is or not...I have never done it or messed with it! Just been told thats how to do it!........although....I do love the short throw..

You will have to change the top plate on the trans.
94-97

98.5+
