well, i found out that much like i thought, it is covered. so now its just a matter of possibly going to court to get my money back.

right now i'm waiting to hear back from my CC company. we'll see how that goes. there isn't any point talking to the dealer or dodge customer service anymore...they are just giving me the run around.

Look up the magnusson moss act. Even if it had a programmer they cant deny the warranty unless they can prove the modification caused the problem. Print it out and take it to them.
