Default Cummins Leaving Dodge?

I read this on another forum. Just wanted to know what you guys think.
I heard today, that Dodge's and cummins contract will be up and FORD will start putting the cummins motors in their trucks and dodge will have to go to CAT for motors so anyone know anything about it or is there any truth to this?

Someday ford may offer the Cummins Option but Dodge And Cummins is Tightly Knitted ,

Ford Had 5-6 Diesels to pick from for the upcoming F150 , They liked the Cummins the best , Dodge told Cummins , That they wanted exclusive rights to them , Cummins Said OK Big D sorry Ford no deal ,

Ford Was upset , And said OK we will make our own , Meanwhile Navistar was baffled as they presented a small diesel as well and Ford didnt pick them ,

Ford started development on its own diesel ,,, Navistar Sued Ford for breach of contract because they were "Fords Diesel" , They went in a big room and talked and kept it out of court , But Navistar Diesels Contract will be up and Ford will Put there own diesel in the big boys too unless they can reach a new agreement , That will include Navistar pays the bill for TSB's related tot he engine , Since Ford has been getting raped picking up the tap for there mistakes

To a Ford Diesel Im sure it will be Awesome

There you go , When you want All Diesel information You'll Come to the Source For all Diesels

The Ford and Navistar lawsuit was over Navistar not honoring warranty issues and had nothing to do with Ford building another engine. Ford can put whatever engine they want in their trucks and Navistar cant say anything about it because they dont have a contract with Ford to build a small output diesel for light duty trucks. Only on the 3/4 and 1 tons.

They were Navistar engines. Thats why there was a suit. Ford hasnt built a diesel engine since Jesus was a little boy. Stop repeating me Chad.

They were Navistar engines ?
What Was ?

When Ford has built a diesel in the past has no relevance , This Chain of events prompted them to Make there own and it pissed Navistar Off but it didnt go to court as i have stated .

Still not sure what were disagreeing on here , Must be Pick on DM Day Doc was making fun of my Cummins Blue Engine Compartment

The law suit had nothing to do with Ford building their own engine. It was over Navistar not honoring the warranty contract. No biggie buddy.

DOC!!! STOP PICKING ON CHAD'S BLUE CUMMINS!!!
