Default 6BT/ 13spd? Can It Be Real?

Hey guys, I saw this link on ebay. Given it is in a Peterbilt, but other than housing issues with the floorboard, is there anything else that would prevent a man from havin one of these setups in our trucks, provided you set up an air supply for it? Needin the opinion of some of you more experienced people here.

it wouldnt be that bad....would be alot easier with a body lift.....if your truck was a 4x4 i would use a floater ford 205 t-case......you wouldnt need an adapter plate, clutch or flywheel.......its already connected to a 6BT cummins...........

and big deal if it burn up some power.....its a p-pump 12 valve.....throw some injectors, DV's, 4GSk, and a turbo on the beast and its ready to roll on down the road.......

if it was a straight 13 speed i would try and find something that i could split the gears with and have a nice 26 gear ranges..........

So Logan, that's a 12V in the pic? Is the flywheel setup and such different on a 24v motor like mine or woud the setup be feasible on my truck with a body lift?

you would need everything off the back of that motor to make it work......everything from the back of that 12 valve to the driveshaft yoke on that tranny will be needed......but everything will bolt right up cause its the same motor.......hell you could bolt a turbo 400 chevy or C6 ford behind your truck if you wanted too cause 4BT's came from the factory with them.........there are only like 3 or 4 bolt patterns for those big transmissions and about every diesel engine manufacturer offers an adapter plate to make them work.....

where on base are you at right now?????

you must be insane, I'm here with Red Horse and we work out a$$es off. We've put up two buildings, extened a taxiway and started building a road and some helicopter ramps just in the time you were gone. Only reason I'm down right now is cuz I tore some ligaments in my ankle.
