No p-pump there. Thats a VE pump like out of a first gen. They can be turned up, but no where near as far.

Phil.......P-pump swap.............and anyways AF has a 24 valve so all he wants is the tranny.......

That's more than likely a twin countershaft unit, right? I'd think that all 13 speeds are twin countershafters?



And twin countershafters are heavy. 500-800 lbs heavy. They don't have mainbox synchros, so you have to float gears/ rev-match. And they're noisy.

ditto. I think it'd be bada$$, especially off road in 4low, you'd never have to touch the brakes comin off the mountain

if it was a straight 13 speed i would try and find something that i could split the gears with and have a nice 26 gear ranges..........

all thirteens have a hi low range and an overdrive, it would be way to heavy for our trucks and be lucky to get it between the rails.

if you got the determination......it will fit.....im going to throw a BIG allison 6 speed into my suburban when i get home and get my 6V53T detroit ready......
