Question Control Arm Bushings/Arm Replacement

I am going to have to either replace my control arm bushings in my stock 01 3500 duallie or replace the whole arms themselves. I am asking you guys your opinion on which I should do? If you say change the control arms themselves which brand would you choose and why? If you say just replace the bushing, what brand please?

I have attached a pic of the worst lower bushing, just to show you. I can collapse the lower part of the arm which holds the bushing, underneath where the bolt goes thru, a little bit. This why I am thinking the whole arms. I dont think you should be able to do that, but I cant do it to the passenger side.

Thanks for the help!!
