So I have been wanting to do upgrades on my 1999 Cummins. I came across a On3 88 mm non waste gated turbo. For the right price. Free. Anyway I want to know do I have to wastegated it, or can I running it with out one. The parts I have here waiting to go on it are as follows
Fass 150gph system
150 hp injectors
quadzilla tuner
5in straight pipe
Head studs
And last but not least my tranny is being rebuilt to handle the extra hp
