Im looking at buying a 2006 dodge cummins 4 door 4x4 with 206731 miles, runs and drives good (at least I think so im new to diesels) it has at least a 6 inch lift, the body is a little rough with scratches and a few dents. The guy wants $13900 is that too much or a good deal?

 

They hold their value pretty well you may be able to get him down a little but they aren't much lower than that.
The great thing is its pre SCR emission Bull crap.

 

Depending where you are that's a good deal if the title is clean- down here in TX I wish they were that cheap. I would look at tires, front end components, and for blow by. None of those are cheap!
