Default Identifying 5.9 Block

Hey Guys.

I have a 95 5.9 Engine, with a cracked block. Looking to purchase a replacement, I came across this block on Ebay. But I haven't seen one with the raised/bump portion of the block on the back end. I'm pretty sure I can make out a USA on the front. Anyone know anything about these blocks? Any good?

Looking to build a mild HP, engine focused on durability. Just want to make sure I get a good block as a starting point.

This is the portion that threw me, I've never seen one with those bumps before. Is this common?
