Default SCS Cheetah, baby!

So I got tired of going for 3rd and hitting neutral in my (hypothetical, of course) street racing encounters. And of hitting my lockup switch thinking it was in 2nd because the gear indicator said it was, and finding out it was actually in 3rd so it bogged and smoked out everyone behind me. And of thinking it was all the way in park, and having it drop back into reverse. And going for reverse, and hitting park. No more!

I wired the n2o/line lock switch up to work the OD, and just took the old gear lever right out. Also mounted my trailer brake controller right on the shifter where it's easy to see and reach, unlike where the previous owner had it down at the bottom of the dash. Had to take out the 4WD shifter and bend it over so I could get at it, and also had to have a mount fabbed up... but after driving around all day with it I'm relatively certain it might be the coolest thing every made. Well worth the minimal trouble. Up to this point, my current built trans was my favorite thing I'd done to this truck, but I'm pretty sure I like this even more. Well, now that the trans is done anyway. Thought I'd ***** it out here a little, because I'm so jazzed up right now:
