Default 95 12 valve leaking coolant.

Hi, I got a '95 2500 4x4 with 214,186 mi so far. I'm working in the Kansas area so it's a little cold. I noticed there was a small puddle of antifreeze underneath, after inspection I saw it was coming from the top radiator hose on the driver side. I tighten the hose clamp and it stop. then I saw some leakage from the small hose that goes to the overflow bottle so I put a clamp on that too. When I drive the truck it stops but after it sits overnight I can see moisture around the same areas it was leaking from. Is it just the change of climate from California to cold weather from Kansas? Also when I start the truck and put the heater on it blows fumes inside the cab, how can I check if there's an exhaust leak? Also looking to get humvee military rims, people say the bolts brake but the military uses those rims on up-armored humvees that weight more than our 12 Valve so I don't see why the bolts holding the 2 rim pieces together would break. Any info??
