6.7 pushing out coolant out overflow tank

We change the head bolts to ARP 625 and after 4000 miles she started it again LOST need some help

possible bad radiator cap
Bocked passage way in head.
blown head gasket
are you have issues starting,or getting white smoke?
You can also check to see if you have any loose hose clamps for the radaitor surge tank.

Just curious, what are you seeing for boost when your noticing coolant from tank? Also, did you swap studs 1 by 1 or have you had a gasket blow already?

Well we found that their was a hair line crack in the EGR Valve going into the coolant.... yes we have change the head bolts one at a time all is GREAT NOW
