Who has recievers hitches on the front of their trucks???
My truck has a Ramsey winch bumper and grill guard on it. with an 8000lbs winch. The guard does make working under the hood kinda cumbersome to do. I am considering removing the guard and making a receiver and get a winch mount so I can use the winch both from the front and the rear.. So guys give me your opinions and ideas, and hopefully some pictures so i can see a good way to go about doing my set up..

I have one built into my Buckstop bumper. I use it to hook up a trailer and then use the truck/bumper mounted winch to pull things onto the trailer.
I have friends who have the hitch mount winch on smaller rigs (ie Tacoma etc.) and unless you're pulling straight I would find a hard mount. We bent one receiver doing about a 45 degree off center pull getting his truck out the snow. It was a factory hitch with welded gussets that we put on after it was mounted. Haven't found a good way to support the winch for off center pulls. If you use it for vehicle recovery I'd choose something other than a receiver mount for a winch.
