maybe somebody can shed some light on this issue,they say that the 360 shift tower isn't serviceable,yet they sell new shift forks.[sounds like the same people are now working in the white house]any how does anybody out there have a diagram for the shift tower?
i've already seen the ones on the trans. itself.and whats the best way to get the caps out of the slide rails with out destroying them! any help at all will be greatly appreciated

 

Yes, they are serviceable. Mine was done a month before it was destroyed in a wreck.
If I had 1 in front of me it I could tell you. Best guess is to drive the cap out from the inside using the slider rod that is in that hole.
