Wanting to do some major upgrades to the steering and rear brakes, this is what I am thinking and I am checking out both Geno's and Source for price and availability:


Borgeson box and shaft, DSS and DAT, I see that Geno's offers a new steering line kit and Borgeson upgraded p/s pump also.


On the rear brakes I am thinking of going with the Blackbird rear disc conversion.

I am wanting input and opinions on these ideas and see if someone else has any different ideas.

So feel free to offer up any other options you may know of, will be pulling the trigger on this in a couple of days

 

I bought the Borgeson kit as I heard excellent things about it. I haven't installed it yet, but can only assume it will work really well.

I bought a Dana 80 with rear discs and swapped it for my old Dana 70 with drums. I noticed a very big difference in braking ability! Daily driving is better, and while towing way better. I think it is a very good upgrade!
