Ok guys i finally found me a 1996 12v 4x4 after seriously researching my life off and about 7 months. I paid 6000 for the truck it has 179000 miles and runs great but a little big tires for me 37s it also has a leveling kit and blocks in the rear not sure the size. It has had the kdp done and the fuel plate moved forward and other then that stock as can be. And heat and ac work the best ok so now for the bad if any. First in need of towing mirrors and need to find something i can put on the coolant reservoir missing lid dont leak much 3 little spots within 4 days i am thinking the power steering and not sure what the hose it that hangs down could be dripping from there and next is those hole looking things next to the rear diff normal and besides that just a cracked hell dash and no reverse lights but could be the bulbs and that about it for now and dont forget the daily driver let me know what you guys think.

Good gosh man, thats a hell of a run-on sentence!!!! Nice rig though Those "hole" looking things on the rearend is where the axle housings were supposed to be welded to the differential housing. You can just have them re-welded. Thats what I did to a previous truck, or fill it with silicone sealer. But check and make sure youre not leaking from around the axle housings....an indication of possible compromised welds. The issues you describe are relatively minor. Good price for it. I would have paid that, easy. I like it

so why would they not weld it in the right spot srry new to this does this mean the rear end was changed are something it may be leaking out of those hole areas.

Not at all. Some leak there, most dont. My previous truck was an 04 Ford Super Duty PSD F250. The left side weld leaked like yours. I just had it welded and filled. I had the other side weld filled as well, although it didnt leak. It probably wasnt necessary, but I did it for piece of mind.
