Default Running twin turbos, how do you do that?

I have been curious as to what is involved in running twin turbos...I have a 1980 IH 466(7.6L) 6 cylinder with a factory turbo...in my parts bin I have a brand new T-4 that came off a V8 diesel Military Uni-Mogg...does one simply install one turbo after another?...what would the power advantage be?...will I need bigger injectors or will pumping more air be enough for a 20-30% HP improvement with stock injectors?...I'm not looking to pull a house off the foundation or break any land speed records, just looking for a little better throttle response.

Any leads or suggestions to others who have done this mod would be helpful...as of this writing I am just researching the possibilities and doing some homework...if it proves to not be worthy, then at least I will gain some knowledge
