anyone know of anyone with a dyno in or around North Dakota? ive heard of a few people that have them but i have no idea how to contact them.

 

There isn't any near you... there's one in Northwood (by Grandforks) and a couple in Fargo.

Ok, so I'm dumb. The second web site is junk and the third is for motorcycles. But the one in northwood is a diesel shop.

 

There is a dyno in Bismarck, at least there was one a year ago. The shop does a lot of work on ricers. The gas station across for tool crib turn west and before you get to the hill there is a building with a bunch of rental shops on the left. The guy works out of there. If I get a chance to look up the name I will.

 

Hmm That's cool if there is one in Bis. Last time I was home I looked for one and couldn't find any info. Find out if there still is and let me know, I'd come up and run on it, and then get sick on knoephla soup at grandma's .

 

i was told it was over by Loaf n Jug on 26th street but last i heard he got rid of it.

oh btw if i can get ahold of Mike's Custom Truck Builders im gonna try to set something up to run the second week in May. it would be cool to maybe have a lil get together. if not im cool doin it by myself.

I called Mike's customs. its $50 to hook up and do one run. then $25 for every run after that.

 

Lonnie Magstad is the guy I was talking about.

Mikes customs has a dyno day every spring. Went to it a few years ago.

 

Good to know. I'll be stationed back in Minot again in 4 months. There used to be one up there but it was run by an import shop and I was into Mustangs at the time so I didn't bother with them. Now I know where I can go.
