Default We killed the dyno at the PRI show!!!

This past December I got the opportunity to go to the Performance Race Industry show in Orlando. Wow, what a motor head's dream! Anything you can imagine as far as racing goes. But anyway, we took my friend 04 Avalanche down to the show from Michigan. Now this isn't your normal avalanche, no he has a 04 duramax in it. So when we got there we saw that that dynojet guys were there, and the Mustang dyno guys were there too. And there was a another company there named Mainline dyno, they are out of Australia. We ended up talkig to these guys for quite a while, and after hearing what, why, how, their dyno was better than anyone's, they asked what we were driving? And asked if we would let them run it on the dyno. So my buddy Scott said, "Sure but you break it and you bought it!" It didn't make huge #'s on the first pull I think it was like a test run. But on the second pull it made like 338hp, and 830ft/lbs of torque. The we put it on the highest setting on the programmer, and it made like 385hp, and the last registered torque # was around 940ft/lbs. At this point however the dyno fried! Killed their computers and load controls dead! At this point those guys didn't have much to say about their $160,000 dyno anymore.

Nice, PRI is a blast isn't it? I don't go anymore since I no longer work in the industry but I used to LOVE December. I stayed in Cocoa and drank and chased strippers every night and tried to do my job during the day

Now I know we did something wrong! We stayed in Orlando.

Now I am not sure what the real #'s were, but I know that Avalanche was stompin down there! We never ever got a print out, but that is what the sceen said before it went black.
