got a ? about an old kaiser military truck

I have a 5 ton retired military truck that my fire department turned into a brush truck. Right now I can not get it to start. Does anyone have experience with these trucks? If you do, please PM me. I have several questions and need answers if at all possible

I'm a little new here so i cant really send pm's yet. but i have alot of experience with the nhc250 cummins that come in the 5ton trucks. my father and i but sell and restore these trucks. if you need any help i will try and give my best advice.
