Has anybody ever run an air compressor off a Pto ? I have a dodge diesel that I use hard every day, and would like to run an air compressor off my trans ( nv-4500) This would free up some valuble space. Thanks, the choppa

I drove a few different Boom trucks that had PTO driven compressors, so they are available.

They aren't cheap, your better off trying to get a service truck with one at auction

Buying a Kilby kit and running a York would probably be cheaper unless you can't stand to loose the under hood space.
