Look at this site for a bumper, they seem expensive but they're worth it.

Here's mine I built, and then the chainsaw rack I added to it.

Made both the bumper and the rack. The holes for the lights on the rak were not too bad just had to take your time.

The rack used to hold a fishing boat out over the cab. I moved the diagonals and the mounting plates to work with the tool box. The whole thing was then primered & coated liberally with box liner. After that I installed the LED brake & signal lights. My generator sits centered on the toolbox up against the rack when I travel. The quad fits perfectly in the box. It's not the most heavy duty unit but it works well for what I need it to do.

Default bumper

here is a bumper that is on my 92 w250 project. could be one of the that came from an oil field or gas wells. it is built from 3" channel and pipe. the diamond plate is 1/8 "has the center cut out and a piece of pipe welded in .was great place to hook cable on to pull on to tiltbed. my makes a great step to use when we torn the truck apart. my son called it the hammerhead. as it looks like the head of a shark . most likely will not use it .
