Question Tell Me About Colorado Springs....

I'm seriously considering moving there, about 99%. Can anybody tell me about the town, high, low, jobs. The housing market seems real reasonable.

You'll love it. Just try to make sure your commute to work doesn't take you anywhere near Academy & Woodmen or Academy & Briargate.

The air is thin. Your truck WILL make smoke. Easy!

There are lots of diesel trucks in the area.

ATS is in Denver.

If you are "in to" mountains, hunting, 4-wheelin (truck, jeep, ATV), skiing, gold prospecting camping, fishing, white water rafting - you'll be in heaven.

The down side - it is 430 miles to Moab.

Just watch out for blacksmokeracing, if arvada is anywhere near there. I hear that kid has a mean temper and drives a smoky truck.

That's one of the reasons! But mainly cost of living compared to out here in Cali.

Colorado Springs is a nice town. About an hour south of denver so not a bad drive to come up this way. Beautiful part of the state and like stated earlier its easy to make your truck smoke here.
