Default Gear Change

I am wondering if anyone in PA would like to help me do a gear swap? I have a 2001 dodge ram 2500 4x4. I have done a few gear changes but never on a truck and I am not confident enough to do it myself. I am in southeast PA and would be willing to travel and meet. My garage is not big enough with the 6.5 lift and stacks.

The 4.10's are in and it feels like a new truck! Thanks for asking.

Hi,
I just joined and read that you did a gear swap. Is your truck 4x4? You swapped in 4.10's right? What gears did you have before? Was it hard/time consuming? I would like to do a swap also and would like any info you care to share.

What did you swap out 3.54's?

Was your rear dana 70 or dana 80?

Do you want to sell your old gears?

Thanks for any info,
Alex
