Is anyone coming up or over to the island any time this summer? I may be taking a job way up north (NWT) and should really know what the plans are.

May Long is near where and when is this meet? Island meet would be hot forecasters are always hmmm? Optamistic

 

The group didn't materialize but I am getting together with some guys to do some 12V work and possibly wrench on a 3rd gen with some big twins as well. This weekend I'm pulling my electrical system apart and rebuilding from scratch - stupid thing.

Anyway, drop me a line - I'll have a few cold ones on hand.

I'm here alday tomorrow finishing up the wiring - so far, Friday 5 hours, Sat. 10 hours and Sunday 8 so far. Found a few issues - with the remote started and my back up lamps. Still haven't found any really weird stuff though.

It has been a bit of a task so far but it is best I'm doing it while the weather is so nice etc.

I think I did get rid of the back current from the lamps though because I can no longer get the cab fan to turn on mysteriously as it used to. Body grounds are BAD NEWS!!
