That is right race fans the 1st ever NHRDA World Finals will be held September 25th 2010 in Topeka Kansas

For the first time ever in Diesel Motorsports the NHRDA will have competitors from all across North America in one location and all the trash talking from east to west can finally be settled once and for all.

This event will be an invitation only and the top 16 competitors from Division 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 in all five classes that include Sportsman ET , Super Street , Pro Street , Pro Stock and Top Diesel will battle to the end and see who will reign as 2010 World Champion.

Going to try and make it there and compete. 2 of the 4 division 2 races are close to me, and I am going to Whittman for the 1st race.

 

This should be a can't miss event for everyone.

 

We will be there and hopefully qualify to race as well.

 

The NHRDA staff has been preparing for the 1st ever true World Finals on September 25th 2010 in Topoka Kansas and we are proud to announce the following updates.

So far there have been over 290 competitors that have retained points to qualify for the World Finals. NHRDA - National Hot Rod Diesel Association - MBRP Performance Exhaust - Diesel Drag Race Series Points!

The Top 16 competitors in each division from each catagory will recieve an invitation to come compete at the World Finals in September.

Also all 2009 Divisional and Regional Champions will automatically receive an Invitiation to the World Finals.

World Finals payouts
We are working on the final payouts for this event but at the current moment we have over $20,000.00 in cash and as more sponsors come on board this number will also increase.

NHRDA contingency money as always will be available to all contestants with $8,750.00 up for grabs.

Special cash prizes such as $1000.00 to anyone that can cut a perfert light in eliminations.

Plus for the Sportsman class there will be $1,000.00 reward for the perfect package during eliminations.

The NHRDA is proud to announce that it has partnered with both Diesel Power Magazine and Diesel World Magazine to help promote the upcoming World Finals in September. Each of these magazines will have 2 free tickets in there September issues that hit the newstands in August. That is over 500,000 tickets we are giving away to make this the biggest Diesel Drag race in the History of our sport.

We have arranged a deal with the Holiday Inn Topeka for anyone in town for our event. The rooms average $103.00 - $131.00 a night. Mention the NHRDA and the rooms are only $79.00 a night

NHRDA 2010 Awards Ceremony

We will have Divisional and World Finals Awards Presentations on September 25th 2010.

The banquet will begin at 7:30pm

We are getting the final details but it looks like dinner will be $15.00 per person and will include salad , main course , desert and non alcoholic beverages.
