anyone....
well, me being stupid and breaking mine own rule of never racing on the streets got me in trouble, got pulled over for a speed contest in city limits, a class b misdemeanor. anyone know what the penalies are for a first time ever traffic offense in the state of indiana? or what a B misdemeanor is? Im gonna plead quilty. sad part is i never got it out of 2nd gear, just spun the tires and that was it, never even hit 20mph in a 45.

it wasnt even really a race, there was three of us, we made the mistake of spinning our tires at the last light in town, it had been raining hard all day too and roads were slick., next thing i know is that 4 cops come out from nowhere pull all three of us over but only two of us got tickets, the two that spun the tires the least, the other guy was completely slideways, cop told him it was because he didnt see his license plate. 
but yeah, never left second gear at all. the other guy that got the ticket has a 96 12 vlave making 600 hp but rides on 49s, not a racing vehicle. we were completely surrounded by at least 6-7 cop cars by the time they got to our doors.

Sounds like some type of a crackdown, get a lawyer, get a lawyer, get a lawyer!!!!!!
He will know all the ins and outs, and should at least be able to get it reduced.
Possibly may be able to share the expense with the other victim.

sounds like they jumped the gun 
if you were not speeding I don`t really think they can charge you with it not racing anyways
now with the tire spinning they might be able to try for reckless driving
time for a lawyer

In Ohio you could have gotten reckless operation. Always depends on the officer
