Was over @ Shanghai Village in Billings, MT (29th ST & 2nd Ave N) yesterday grabbing a bite then took my puppy for a walk through the alley. This LBQC comes rolling by and as soon as he hits the next alley, he does a little power braking. Circled the block and does the same thing in the same alley. Just wondering if you were having fun!!!
