What did you have your tire pressure at? Do you think you pulled farther on the last two pulls?

It was a really nice event!

You need to have that thing set up for DHRA in October. 200ft will not cut it in Houston for WS. At least you pulled further this time than last years DHRA, but you've spent a bundle for only a couple of feet.

last year i pulled 206 with the truck with only mods on it was intake and exhaust. i had no sleeves and no programmer of any sort at DHRA, this is was a NADM event really cant compare distances, ill just try to make it as powerful as i can for october.

i dont think you could pull 300ft in that event anyway cause there's a big old fence at the end of the track which is right at about 300feet, anybody who did manage to get a full pull woulda had some major dammage to thier truck.

You should drop about 10 to 15 PSI in the front. Do you know anyone with tractor weights? The extra weight in the front of your bed will help. Did you clamp your springs and are you planning on traction bars & suspension stops for Houston. A pulling hitch would also help.

I was just bust'n ***** on the pulling distance. You truck is much better than it was in Houston last year.

i think ill just get sand bags or some thing like that and load up my cab and bed with it, a whole lot cheaper and you can find that about anywhere. i gotta make up about a thousand lbs somehow

and i had to drive back to Dallas about an hour away so i didn't want to go that low my truck was how it is i drive every day, only difference was lowered front end and lower tire pressure.

i cant fit a pulling hitch with my ranch hand

i have to custom make an extended one with the welder i don't have

I'm talking about 30 to 35 psi up front. Bring an airtank or hit the first gas station air pump. They usually go to 50 psi.

The reason I'm asking is you spun a bunch and you could have used the extra traction.
