I do all the cooking for our Yearly Fire Department Brisket Dinner Fundraiser and it is this coming Saturday.

I will be peeling out of here early this afternoon so I can go fire up my smoker and start smoking 180 lbs of brisket over the next couple days.

Getting the meat smoked and sliced and preparing everything else along with setting up the stage, equipment and getting everything in order will take most of my time the rest of this week.

So if anyone needs anything please email, pm or call and leave a message and I will get back to you ASAP. I will be coming in and out of the shop a couple times a day during this time to check messages and take care of what I can.

If any of you live close enuff to Conway you are more than Welcome to come on out Saturday and join us.
