Here are some picks when I first go the truck & I've done a few things to the truck. I have the 4bt back from the machine shop & the motor build is going slow so I'm still driving the truck with the 300 6 until I get the motor done.

Nice, I too am in the process of a 78/79 f250 cummins swap...same deal, mine is going slower than planned but I am also converting a clean 79 2wd to 4x4 so there is more than just a 12v swap involved. Keep us posted

I do, I just posted some yesterday on my thread entitled "building a 79 f250 12v cummins" in the conversion section. Unfortunately my truck looks nothing like yours yet...the motor is pretty much done and ready, the frame fab is mostly done, just have to swap the 2wd body to the 4x4 chasis and get building. I have been taking pics of everything as I go so I will share my progress with all you guys here

Thats gonna b a nice truck we got one at the shop i work for and we are thinking about putting a cummins in it also. Look foward to seeing yours done.
