Lots of good info here, trying to figure out the transfercase bs from the passenger drop chevy to the dodge nv4500 ,my question is will the transfer case out of the chevy work with the nv4500 truck is a 911 ton, help if u can thanx

Heres the setup i have decided to go with. I have a dodge, 2005 nv4500 trans. I also have the 32 spline, 205 tcase out of my 85 1ton. Advance adapters has all the parts to convert the dodge trans to bolt up the chevy tcase. Hope that helps! I will be putting this in my 88 cc, 1ton, 4wd pickup.

Are the chevy np 205 the same as Dodge? As far as strength

 

i think the 1st gen dodge 205 will bolt up to a dodge 4500, no adapters!

 

Yeah, the 1st gen will bolt up, i just got tired of searching for one! Not sure about strength, im sure the dodge ones are basically the same tcase other than the 1st gen inputs are 29 spline.
