im wanting to remove my rack limiter out of my om617 motor but im alittle unsure how and any other website doesn't do a very good job explaining how to do it. they just say loosen nuts and push. can anyone be a little bit more specific, if they have done it thanks,

thank you, I read a little more about it and I guess all it is, is take off the 3 nuts and push it inside the pump, then fishy it out..

yea, I looked a little more at it Im just going to leave it in there and turn the pump up a bit more. my luck ill loose a piece inside of it ha

 

No point, the adjustment only controls 20hp. Not worth the bother to open up the pump for less than that. If you loosen the adjustment nuts, you're half way into its removal.

yeah, i know it doesn't control much but with my motor out of the truck it was easy to access.
